Our first unofficial album as a band, only available here on Bandcamp!

This was recorded in 2016 and released in January 2017 and is very much the roots of our band. We began as a music collective named 'The Notorious Lightbulb Factory' and we made music for small budget horror movies. This then led to us wanting to branch out and create music as a band which resulted in the formation of 'The Notorious Lightbulbs'.

This album was the first substantial bit of work we did as a band and shows the influences that were flying around us at that time. We are now known for our genreless style and we think this shows you where it all started! We never had a genre, we always just played whatever we wanted and enjoyed at that time!

The album ranges from straight up rock to electronic to reggae to funk and to outsider poetry.

The song 'It Looks Like I'm Electric!' was picked up and played on Mad Wasp Radio as part of the fantastic 'Lone Frequencies' show which was amazing and really kick started us to think we wanted to go further with the band.
